Mun Hean Vietnam on the Successful Commissioning of their first Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project

Mun Hean Vietnam has successfully completed the supply and commission of two Sinexcel 115 kW BESS units (Battery: 2 x 230 kWh) to Capital Place in Hanoi. More than a technical upgrade, the BESS installation is a strategic step toward long-term environmental performance — optimizing energy use across Vietnam’s three-tier tariff system, reducing carbon emissions in alignment with our Net Zero pathway, enhancing grid resilience during peak hours, and reinforcing Capital Place’s commitment to global green-building standards.

As the first building in Hanoi to achieve LEED Platinum (Operation & Maintenance) and LEED Gold (Design & Construction) certifications, Capital Place continues to advance its sustainability roadmap with meaningful, future-focused initiatives.

This collaboration highlights our forward-thinking approach to shaping a smart, efficient, and environmentally responsible workplace. By integrating advanced technologies like BESS, we continue to elevate operational sustainability and contribute positively to the broader community and the built environment.
