Mun Hean Taiwan Powers Lite-On’s Green Landmark with Sinexcel Active Harmonic Filters
Lite-On Technology is investing NT$3.8 billion in the construction of the Kaohsiung Lite-On Building in the Nanzih Science and Technology Industrial Park. The 26-floor building with four basement levels will serve as a comprehensive R&D and office hub and is set to become the tallest landmark in the park. Featuring low-carbon design and automated construction methods, the project reflects Lite-On’s commitment to sustainable development and green manufacturing.
For this project, Mun Hean Taiwan, together with their local partner, supplied Sinexcel Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) to suppress harmonics, improve power quality, and enhance power factor. This solution ensures stable operation of advanced R&D and manufacturing equipment in the building while supporting energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
