Polyamide 66 Series – Screw Clamp 

Connectwell ‘U’ Series Universal rail Mounting Standard Screw Clamp Feed through terminals are the most versatile terminals. The range includes terminals for wires of size 0.5 to 95 sq.mm.  A special design feature on the flexible foot enables easy mounting and dismounting from the mounting rail with the help of a screwdriver. The terminals have marker-holding recesses to accept most of the International ‘K’/Insert type marking tags. Cross connection can be achieved with the aid of shorting links/sleeves.
 
The terminals are Explosion Proof i.e. they can be used in potentially explosive atmosphere which may occur in Chemical & Petrochemical industry. The terminals are designated for AEx ell and EEx ell and are to be used in Class 1, Zone 1 hazardous location.

Polyamide 66 Series – Spring Clamp 

Introduction

In certain application for smaller cross section range of wires, choice of Connectwell ‘Screwless’ Spring Terminals is available. In Spring Clamp Terminals, the wire is held against current bar directly by pre-stressed spring clamp, where as in versatile screw clamp type terminals, it is the screw clamp that holds the wire against current bar. 

The spring clamp is operated by using a screw driver to provide an access to wire through the opening in the spring clamp. The wire end gets clamped on to the current bar on removal of Screw Driver. 

CSC-T Connectwell Spring Clamp Terminals employ top wire entry system. The terminals are suitable for mounting on Din 3 rail (Din 35). Insulated Push-in type cross connecting links besides providing shock protection; simplify the task of cross connection 

Polyamide 66 Series – Active 

Introduction
In various applications where the input signals have to be converted and the requirement for indication and circuit protection is specified, use of connectors is recommended. 

For such applications, Connectwell offers different types of terminals incorporating electronic components. Based on customer requirements, specially assembled terminals are offered such as Terminal Block with built-in electronic components for surge protection. These terminals are used in applications where circuit protection against transient overvoltage is required.

Polyamide 66 Series – For PCB

Introduction

Connectwell Modular Terminals for printed circuit board applications of industrial Electronics can be used on PC Board with 5mm, 7.5mm and 11mm (DDPT) hole pitch. For 7.5mm hole pitch application, individual CPT(M)/CPT75 should be fitted with the end plate. The terminals have marker holding recess to access ‘K’ type marking tags. 

Special Features of PCB Series Terminals: 

  • Terminals can be interlocked to achieve Multi-pole connections.
  • CPT(M) series terminals are available in different versions of mounting to suit horizontal, angular (45°) and vertically entry of wire. 
  • CPT5 & CPT7.5 terminals for 2 pin mounting/connection provide extra support in mounting.
