Capital Place is the first building in Hanoi to achieve LEED Platinum (Operation & Maintenance) and LEED Gold (Design & Construction) certifications.

Mun Hean Vietnam supplied to Capital Place 2 sets of Sinexcel 115 kW (Battery: 2 x 230 kWh) BESS.  The BESS solution will provide electricity cost savings and optimise energy utilization around the national three-tier tariffs.
